Standards Q&A is an open forum for questions concerning the standardization work of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). It offers a unique opportunity to engage with the experts that develop the standards that underpin ICTs. This forum is moderated and information/questions posted to the forum may only be visible to everyone only after  moderation. Users who sign-in with a TIES account can post directly to the forum. 
Follow the steps indicated below to submit your questions.

Instructions for users to submit questions, responses and comments

1. Sign in with a TIES account (Optional)
2. Select the most appropriate Forum from the list in the window below by clicking on it.
3. To submit new questions,
   1. Click on the button “Add New Topic”
   2. If you are not signed in with a TIES account, enter your full name in the Username field
   3. Enter the topic on which your question is related in the Subject field, then
   4. Enter the content of the question in the Message field box.
   5. Click on the “Submit” button to send the question to the moderator of the forum.
4. For responses and comments,
   
   1. Click on the topic for which you want to send a response or comment from the list displayed in the forum. You may also submit a response or comment on a reply to a question.
   2. Click on the button “Add Reply”
   3. Enter the topic on which your response or comment  is related in the Subject field, then
   4. Enter the content of the question in the Message field box.
   5. Click on the “Submit” button to send the question to the moderator of the forum.
